Heart of the Zen 龍に乗って 奈良県奈良市 王龍寺

奈良市二名にある、海瀧山 王龍寺。
西暦1689年に開山したと伝わる、本尊は十一面観音菩薩。
禅宗で黄檗宗の寺院。
本尊の十一面観音菩薩像は磨崖仏(石仏)。

奈良の住宅街の山の中にあり、
磨崖仏が有名というだけで
情報は少なかったのですが、
威風のある門をくぐり抜けると
静寂と木々のささやきが包む
龍の背のような参道をのぼってゆきます。

やはり、リアルタイムで出してゆきたいのですが、紅葉を追いかけながらというのは困難です (T^T)

遷都後は氷を納めることは廃止されている。
現在は製氷業者や冷凍氷業界などで有名な神社になっています。

ちなみにこちらの枝垂れ桜は、奈良で最初に咲くといわれている桜です。

奈良 おいしいごはん 斑鳩町 凪 三条添川町 こころ

ここは法隆寺や法輪寺にもほど近い、斑鳩ため池のほとりにある、
凪(なぎ)という自宅を改装したお店です。

メニューは凪ランチ AとBそして食後のデザートがあり、
僕は凪ランチ B(1000円)とデザート(200円)を選択、
セットの飲み物は、自家製ハーブティーを食後にたのみました。

この日は、
タコライス
野菜スープ
空心菜のおひたし
サラダ
柿

さて、感想ですが、
タコライスは、本場沖縄のタコライスよりマイルドな辛さで少しあっさり、
御飯の量に比べてタコミートがたっぷりなのでバランスがとれてます。

柿は表面が少し柔らかく甘味と風味が豊かで美味しかったです。
いぜんと比べて野菜スープの旨味が少し増えたような…。

ここは、奈良県奈良市 三条添川町にある、こころというお店です。

注文から提供までに時間がかかります。
ご飯のおかわり無料。
味は美味しく、気に入りました次も行きます♪

2日連続で晩ご飯として行きましたが、
2回とも注文してから出てくるまでに20分かかりましたが、
漫画など置いてあるので読んでまっていると
揚げたての最上の状態で食べさせてくれます。

前日はからあげ定食(500円)で漬物は白菜のゆず風味の漬物と
冷奴でしたが京とうふに似た豆腐で今回とは違っていました。

肉厚のとんかつもそれはそれで良いのですが、
やはりカツのおいしさは衣と肉の薄いカツと想います。

安いからといって悪かろうという印象は僕にとってはまるでなく
低価格と味のよさが際立つ、奈良ではかず少ないお店のひとつです。

抹茶とプレーンと半分づつからプレーンを選びました。

豆腐と大葉の和風ハンバーグ
万願寺とうがらしとかぼちゃとゴーヤーとトマトのグリル焼き

ココット ズッキーニとトマトのハーブパン粉焼き
サラダ
ぶどうシロップの寒天

さて、感想ですが、
ひとしなひとしなの料理に細かな気遣いをのぞかせいて
どれも個性的で美味しかった。

あったかホクホクベーグルに8割ぐらいを自家菜園で
というだけあって、野菜のスープや
ハンバーグの隣は荏胡麻の葉かな? 独特の苦味があったり、
旬の食材の風味に塩分控えめの滋味があるものが多かったです。
あと、お冷(水)をお願いすると同時にピッチャーも
出してくれる心遣いが嬉しかった。

品数が多いので、ちょっとずつ食べたいという方にオススメ
