This is an embankment between the confluence of the Yodogawa river and Kizugawa river in Kyoto, Japan, about 30 years ago it has become a cherry blossoming spot.
It may be easier for Japanese people to say that it is between Tennozan (Yamazaki) and Iwa Shimizu Hachiman.
Also there is Suntory 's whiskey factory in Yamazaki.
この場所は、京都の淀川と木津川の合流部分の間にある堤防で、約30年くらい前から桜の名所になりました。
日本人には天王山 (山崎)と石清水八幡の間にあるところと言ったほうが分かりやすいのかもしれません…。
それと山崎にはサントリーのウィスキー工場もあります。

Perhaps, the cat says like this.
The weather forecast was cloudy but drizzle is falling,
Besides, there is no streetlight here, it is dark and dark.

While holding a flashlight and walking along the side of the embankment
There is a crying voice saying "meow".
When turning the flashlight, I turned my eyes and was singing crowning on the levee.
I had secret special negotiation and had some photos taken as the cat moved, so I am busy this way,
I was picking up a picture as I was singing a couple of places a little further apart "mew" in the tree.
The picture that the cat said to be taking properly is too cute, so I will show you this.

たぶん、猫はこう言っている。
天気予報は曇だったのに霧雨が降っている、
しかも、ここには街灯もなく真っ暗闇で
桜のためとはいえ、いくらなんでも早く来すぎた。
懐中電灯を持ちながら堤防の脇の道を歩いていると
"にゃぁ～"と何度も鳴く声がする。
懐中電灯を向けると目を光らせながら、
堤防の上でこちらを向いて鳴いていた。
×◇□※○をして写真を少し撮らせてもらっていたら
猫が移動したので、こっちも忙しいので去ろうとしたら、
少し離れたところでまた"にゃ～"と木の上で鳴いていたので
また撮らせてもらいました。
猫様に撮ってと言われた写真は可愛すぎたのでこっちを出します。
