この作品は去年の12月に撮影しました。

彼女は不思議な猫で、さいしょ逃げようとした時に

今までいろんな所でいろんな猫を撮ってきたけど、
一度にこれほどシャッターチャンスをくれた猫はいないです。

そしてしばらく撮って、帰ろうとしたら
"せっかく撮らせてあげたのに食べていかないの?"
ってじーって見られて、目の前にあった凪というお店。
「あのね、こういうお店は女性向けか、しゅっとした男性向けなの
こういうおっさんが行くお店じゃないの」って訴えたけど許してくれない。
それで結局は視線を感じながら、奈良の大仏のようにして僕が逃げた。

家に帰って作品を出そうと思ったけど、
気になって今日まで置いてしまった。

その中から出してみました。

暑さ寒さも彼岸まで 奈良 新薬師寺

奈良市高畑町にある、日輪山 新薬師寺。
西暦745年頃に光明皇后により開基、本尊は薬師如来。
華厳宗の寺院で、新といっても結構古いです。

本尊の薬師如来座像をはじめ、十二神将の多くが国宝である。
敷地は広くないが、香薬師堂などに風情のある庭がある。

意味はありますが、何かを感じて下さい。

庭が教えてくれました。

枯山水とは、庭に必要とされる水を使わないで砂利や岩で抽象的な表現をした庭園の様式です。
枯山水の白い砂利は水を表し、岩は陸地を表すといわれています。
